Privacy policy
Taletrot is designed for children and their parents. The game requires no account and uses no advertisements or tracking identifiers. Optional aggregate statistics are off by default and can be enabled by a parent.

1. Who operates the app
The operator of the Taletrot app and contact for privacy questions is Roman Bílek. Email clon.cz+game@gmail.com. This policy covers the app and its presentation website.
2. What the game remembers
Completed and unlocked chapters, language, sound, narration and haptics settings, and Cinderella’s chosen outfit are stored on your device. We use no proprietary user accounts, cloud saves or third-party analytics. Any device backup is governed by your Apple system settings.
3. Children, advertising and permissions
The app contains no advertisements or tracking SDKs. It does not ask for a child’s name, email, location, contacts, photos, camera or microphone access. System narration reads prepared game text and does not record a child’s voice. A parental gate protects the purchase area and its external links.Device tilt may gently adjust highlights and shadows in the menu; motion data is neither stored nor transmitted.
4. Payments and Apple
Apple processes purchases and subscriptions through the App Store under its own policies. The app uses verified transaction information to determine access to stories. We do not receive payment card details. Apple may process additional information relating to your account, payments and use of its services.
5. When you contact us
If you contact support, we process your email address and the information you voluntarily provide to answer your enquiry. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in providing support; for enquiries about purchased access, performance of a contract may also apply. Correspondence is kept as long as necessary to handle the enquiry and related claims. Google provides email services and may process information outside the EU under the terms and safeguards in its privacy policy linked below. Please do not send children’s personal information.
6. This website and technical information
This website runs on the operator’s own server at taletrot.clon.cz. It uses no visitor analytics, advertising cookies, contact forms, external video or font services. An IP address is technically processed to establish the connection and deliver requests; we do not store it in this host’s access or error logs. IP addresses, User-Agent headers, cookies and credentials are not forwarded to the statistics ingestion service. Infrastructure and network providers may process technical information necessary to operate and secure their services.
7. Optional app statistics
Only after explicit parental consent in the protected parent area, the app sends daily aggregate story openings, chapter starts and completions, completion of all chapters and approximate active time to our server over HTTPS, separately for play and listening. Totals contain only the UTC date, story, chapter, mode, language, app version and major iOS version (for example 27). They contain no name, account, location, IP address, device model, advertising ID or persistent device identifier. First starts and completions are recognized only locally in the installation. A random identifier for each upload batch prevents duplicate counting after retries; batch identifiers are retained for at most 22 days. The server stores merged daily counters for at most 401 days; seven daily operational backups may retain counters and batch receipts for up to seven additional days. No individual event history or player profiles are stored. Unsent aggregates stay on the device for at most 15 days. The purpose is improving the stories, based on parental consent. Consent is optional, has no effect on play or purchases and can be withdrawn at any time using the same switch. Switching it off deletes unsent totals and local statistics records. Previously sent merged counters cannot be linked to a particular device or individually located and erased. Re-enabling collection or reinstalling may count first use again.
8. Your choices and rights
Reset progress in game settings. Delete the app, rather than offloading it, to remove remaining local app data; manage any backups through Apple. These actions do not cancel subscriptions. For support correspondence, applicable rules may give you rights of access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Contact clon.cz+game@gmail.com. 9. Changes to this policy
If the app’s features or data practices change, we will update this page and the date above. The current policy must match the app version published on the App Store.
